What does the Autumn Statement hold for HINWIs?
The Rochester and Strood by-election looms and the Autumn Statement follows swiftly on its heels on 3 December (given the date, should that be the Christmas Statement?).
With all this campaigning and politicking, thoughts inevitably turn to the big one, the general election, set for 7 May 2015. But as the long winter nights set in, do pre-election promises send a chill through your bones or provide some welcome Christmas cheer?
