Maurice Turnor Gardner Promotes Eesha Arora to Partner
We are delighted to announce the promotion of Eesha Arora, whose promotion coincides with the firm’s 10 year anniversary. Eesha started her legal career as a trainee at Allen & Overy and qualifying in 2008, was the most junior lawyer in the private wealth practice that demerged to set up MTG in 2009.
Eesha is listed as an “Associate to Watch” by legal ranking publication Chambers & Partners, and advises entrepreneurs, wealthy families, trustees and private banks on multi-jurisdictional wealth planning, international tax and trusts, succession planning and family governance. She is experienced in establishing bespoke asset holding structures for high net worth individuals, with a particular focus on non-UK domiciled clients including from the Middle East, India and the US. She is also recognised for advising on pre-arrival planning, exit strategies and probate.

Eesha obtained her MA from Cambridge University and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is frequently invited to speak at industry conferences and events and writes for Spears, the Step Journal and other industry publications.
