AMLD5 - Changes to the Trust Register - a further update
In February 2020 we reported on the government’s further implementation of the fifth EU anti-money laundering directive (AMLD5) and the draft regulations (published alongside a technical consultation) to bring into force the provisions relating to the registration by trustees of certain UK and non-UK trusts on the trust registration service (TRS).
