Anna Gaston Senior Associate
Anna advises a wide range of private clients including high net worth individuals, financial institutions, family offices, charities, trustees and beneficiaries on a variety of matters including trust law matters, international and UK estate and succession planning and charity law issues.
She focuses on advising trustees, beneficiaries and settlors on all matters relating to the structuring, establishment and ongoing administration of trusts. She practiced in the Channel Islands for three years and has particular experience in advising on the creation of complex offshore trust and foundation structures.
Anna also advises charities and clients with philanthropic aims to establish UK charities and offshore charitable trusts and foundations.
Anna was listed as one of the Private Client Global Elite by Legal Week in 2019. She obtained her LLB in law from the University of Durham and trained at Boodle Hatfield LLP before moving to Bedell Cristin in Jersey on qualification in October 2012, and joined Maurice Turnor Gardner LLP in 2015.
