Emilly Chalk

Emilly has experience of litigation both in England and offshore jurisdictions. She focuses particularly on trust disputes including defending trustees and disputes between beneficiaries, probate and estate disputes and insolvency claims.

Beyond her contentious practice, Emilly advises clients on areas of marital law such as pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and assists with the administration of a substantial trust providing primarily commercial contracts advice.
