James Jarvis is a Trainee Solicitor at Maurice Turnor Gardner. He has experience in the Private Wealth, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution teams.

James joined MTG in March 2021 and has worked in all the firm departments to date. He is enthusiastic, organised and diligent in his support of MTG’s fee earners.

Prior to joining MTG he worked at a venture capital firm and family office in West London. He holds an MA in Classics from the University of Cambridge.

James has experience across all the firm’s departments, assisting fee earners in the Private Wealth, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution teams.

He works closely with associates and other fee earners, undertaking research, drafting documents and liaising with professional advisors on technical and complex client matters. He brings enthusiasm and a structured approach to projects and is always keen to learn.

He has presented regularly on developments in the dispute resolution sector and recently completed his Professional Skills Course at BPP University.

In addition to his legal work, James helps organise business development and other internal events at MTG.

In addition to drafting Wills and lasting powers of attorney and providing advice on personal taxation matters, we specialise in the establishment of structures (including trusts, foundations, companies and various forms of partnership) for the protection and preservation of assets ranging from privately owned companies to racehorses, works of art and heritage property to yachts and planes (as well as real estate).
