Richard advises both professional practices and private clients.
He advises professional practices and their partners on constitutional documentation, international structure, governance, acquisitions and disposals, regulation (especially by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority) and disputes.
Richard also advises trustees and beneficiaries from the UK and around the world on asset-holding structures for clients with multi-jurisdictional assets, complex financing arrangements and diverse personal and business interests (including bloodstock, ships and aircraft, fine art and commercial and residential property in the UK).
