Maurice Turnor Gardner LLP (MTG), the leading private client law firm, today announces that Paul Whitehead will become Senior Partner with effect from 1 May 2026, succeeding Clare Maurice, one of the firm’s founding partners.
Paul Whitehead is one of the UK’s leading private client lawyers, with over 30 years’ experience advising high net worth UK and international families. Paul has a reputation for technical expertise, judgement and long-standing client relationships, and has played a significant role in the firm’s development and success since he joined in 2020.
Emma-Jane Weider will continue in her role as Managing Partner, working alongside Paul.
Clare Maurice will continue to be actively involved in the firm as a Partner, maintaining a number of key client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
