Rebecca Waterhouse Associate
Rebecca advises on a range of private client matters for the protection and preservation of wealth. In addition to traditional Wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning and probate work, Rebecca advises trustees and high net worth individuals from the UK and around the world on the establishment and operation of asset holding structures for multi-jurisdictional assets.
Such structures will often involve diverse personal/business interests (from property in the UK and elsewhere to privately owned multi-national companies/LLPs).
Rebecca has experience in assisting with the ongoing operation of trusts and trust structures including amendments to trust deeds, the making of distributions and the retirement and appointment of trustees.
She advises high net worth individuals on the whole range of their UK immigration issues.
Rebecca is also a member of the partnerships practice and is involved in advising on partnerships, limited partnerships, LLPs and their uses for professional firms and as wealth planning vehicles for families or individuals.
Having obtained her LLB in Law from The University of Manchester, Rebecca completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Manchester. Rebecca joined MTG in September 2013 and qualified in September 2015.
