Colin Senez Senior Associate
Colin advises a range of clients including high net worth individuals, private banks, financial institutions, family offices, charities, trustees and beneficiaries on a number of matters including international and UK estate and succession planning, international tax, trust law matters, immigration and partnership law.
Colin has experience advising on various asset holding structures, both in the UK and internationally. His work often involves advising on complex cross-border structures and estates comprising international tax and trust issues. Colin is also regularly involved in tax efficient structuring of property transactions, asset protection, residence and domicile issues and pre-arrival tax planning. He also has experience in advising individuals who are under investigation from the UK tax authorities.
Colin is bilingual in French and English and has extensive experience working with clients in French.
Colin qualified in September 2014 joined MTG in July 2015 from Macfarlanes LLP.
