Join a the busy administrative hub of Maurice Turnor Gardner LLP in this varied role.

Reporting to the PA Manager, the primary duties of the Office Assistant role include, but are not limited to:

Primary duties:

  • Collecting deliveries from loading bay
  • Internal and external post – franking, delivering, collecting and distributing
  • Keeping stationery room tidy ensuring printers are stacked with paper, liaising with Business Support EA to order supplies for stationery room
  • Keeping kitchen clean and tidy at all times notifying Business Support EA of any beverage items to be replenished
  • Covering Reception duties when necessary and answering and dealing with switchboard calls
  • Bulk document copying, printing, scanning, downloading documents from data sites
  • Assisting with the creation of court bundles and other legal documents
  • Events support and administration, to include creating name badges, updating attendee lists in CRM platform and setting up meeting rooms, including moving tables and chairs
  • Other ad hoc duties, such as buying fruit for the office, as required

 

Skills and requirements:

  • Good time keeping
  • Ability to organise and deliver work in a timely way
  • Reliable, with a ‘Can-do’ team attitude
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint

Hours:

10am to 6pm Monday to Thursday – 9:30am to 5:30pm on Fridays
